Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, bedding must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We will work with you on an appropriate resolution. The ordinary unused, unwashed and original-packaging conditions do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Return shipping & fees
We cover return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by our error. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
