What is included?
Every four-piece set contains one duvet cover, one fitted sheet and two matching pillowcases. Duvet and pillow inserts are not included.
Which size should I choose?
Queen: 90 × 90 in duvet cover, 60 × 80 in fitted sheet with a 16 in pocket, and two 20 × 30 in pillowcases. King: 104 × 90 in duvet cover, 78 × 80 in fitted sheet with a 16 in pocket, and two 20 × 40 in pillowcases. Measure your mattress and duvet insert before choosing.
How should I care for my bedding?
Follow the material-specific care instructions on the product page. All sets are intended for cold washing and low-temperature drying.
Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping on every order to the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or destinations outside the United States.
When should I expect delivery?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days, giving an estimated total of 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago), without daylight-saving adjustment. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin processing from the next business day.
Can I return bedding?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged, defective or incorrect items; customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. No restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
How do payment and order confirmation work?
Review your items, delivery information and total before submitting payment through an available method. A purchase is accepted when primalx confirms acceptance. Contact support with any questions about your purchase.
